Set up YOUR REALCOMP AND NOCBOR accounts.

1. To set up your Realcomp MLS account, call Millie @ 248-674-4080. Let her know that you are a new agent with Community Choice Realty. She works at NOCBOR (North Oakland County Board Of Realtors) and will help you through the process.

note: If you are not already a member of NOCBOR, you will need to be. Millie can help you do this also.

The Board and the MLS are seperate. However, you need to sign up with the Board to use the MLS.

Set up YOUR E-MAIL account for Outlook

1. You will need to open a new email account in Outlook. 2. Tools<Email accounts<Add new account 3. Choose POP3

Your password is cmchoice. Enter the settings below. Make sure the account works by clicking on test account settings. Call the office if there are any problems.

Mail Server Username: your email address for cmchoice
Incoming Mail Server: mail.cmchoice.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.cmchoice.com (server requires authentication) port 24
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
